§ 6-166. Authority.

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Meredith Planning Board by the voters of the Town of Meredith at the Town Meeting, March 13, 1968, and in accordance with the provisions of RSA 674:35—674:42. Planning and Land Use Regulation, the Meredith Planning Board adopts the following regulations governing the subdivision of all land in the Town of Meredith, New Hampshire.
