Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 26-2. Skateboards; scooters; electric scooters.
(a)
No person shall operate a skateboard, scooter or electric scooter on any public sidewalk in the town.
(b)
No person shall operate a skateboard, scooter or electric scooter immediately adjacent to NH Route 25, Daniel Webster Highway, or Main Street within the town.
(c)
No person shall operate a skateboard, scooter, or electric scooter in such a manner as to disrupt the natural and orderly flow of traffic on a way within the town, nor in such a manner as to endanger themselves or others.
(d)
Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $30.00 nor more than $300.00 and or may have their skateboard seized and held by the town police department for a period not to exceed 30 days.
