§ 26-123. Camping.

  • (a)

    No person shall camp during the day, or overnight, on any property owned or maintained by the town. A special written exception may be granted only by the town manager and or a designee of the office of the town manager for good cause shown.

    (b)

    Any person found in violation of this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $30.00 and not more than $300.00. Any person found in violation of this section may also be subject to criminal charges as described in RSA ch. 635.
