§ 32-266. May be allowed by board of selectmen upon petition by prospective customer.

Upon petition by a prospective customer and landowner, the board of selectmen, if they deem it in the best interest of the town, may allow the extension of public sewers subject to the conditions in this subdivision. Such extensions shall comply with and be subject to all other applicable ordinances and regulations adopted by the town or commission.
