§ 32-328. Authority of board of selectmen to establish, waive, ensure compliance, etc., user fees.

Adoption of this article hereby gives the board of selectmen the authority to establish, revise, waive, amend or delete any user fees or rates established in this article and authorizes the board of selectmen to ensure compliance with the requirements set forth by this article.
